We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Home Development Officer to join our team at National Fostering Group. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster carers and ensuring the well-being of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers and children to ensure their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
- Conduct regular home visits to assess the suitability of foster homes and provide guidance and support to foster carers.

Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
