\Your Role
\We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical in New Zealand.
\In this role, you'll be responsible for managing existing customers and generating new leads for potential new clients.
\You'll work closely with our Director of Strategic Accounts - Gym to ensure seamless account management and sales efforts.
\Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.\
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive account management and on-site visits.\
- Demonstrate the value-added services we provide through our payments and software.\
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.\
- Deliver training sessions to new and existing clients via Teams and in-person meetings.\
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase software MRR.\
- Work collaboratively with the Growth Account Manager to identify candidates for migration from Clubware to Xplor Gym.\
- Develop and maintain monthly reports for internal and external use.\
- Resign existing clients once they exit their contracts.\
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.\
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Strategic Accounts - Gym.\

Requirements
\To succeed in this role, you'll need:
\- \
- Entry-level Account Management experience or 1-2 years of Customer Services experience.\
- Ideal experience as a Club Manager or running a gym/fitness club.\
- Familiarity with Direct Debit payments and various Club Management Systems.\
- Prior experience using Debitsuccess and/or Clubware or similar systems.\
- Passion for the fitness & wellbeing industry.\
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.\
- A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.\
