You will engage and connect with customers and the community, assisting the Centre Marketing team to execute best-in-class activations and campaigns.

This role requires a confident and passionate individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business discipline, hands-on marketing management experience and experience leading small teams.

Responsibilities include developing the Centre's Marketing plan, overseeing flawless execution of key marketing campaigns, coaching, leading and developing a Marketing Executive direct report, managing centre communications/content plan, delivering an annual Centre events program, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Skills include communication, brand management, event management, customer experience/guest services, digital and social, media and PR, research and analysis, negotiating, attention to detail and excellence in execution, can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and integrity.
