Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of refrigeration equipment. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our refrigeration equipment at customer premises, ensuring that our customers receive seamless, premium service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain system and data integrity to ensure accurate equipment data
- Trouble-shoot, educate, consult, answer and guide customers on our equipment
- Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions
- Deliver seamless, premium customer service
You will work closely with our contractors to assist our customers and process a large number of invoices per day. We are looking for someone who can build rapport, collaborate with other teams, and have fun while doing it.
Requirements- Experienced coordination skill with the ability to see the big picture and connect multiple parts to solve the problem efficiently
- Excellent computer literacy, communication, and customer service skills
- SAP experience or other similar ERP system experience is essential
- High-level problem-solving skills – able to see the bigger picture, all perspectives, provide solutions, follow through on actions and show empathy and initiative
