Global Business Development Manager

As a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for International Consulting & Hiring Solutions (ICHS) by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK, EMEA, and the USA.
Our client is expanding rapidly, with ambitious plans to double its size within the next 12 months. This presents a unique opportunity for talented sales professionals like yourself to join their team and contribute to this exciting growth journey.

Responsibilities:
- Selling to corporate director-level clients and B2B clients
- Focusing on new business generation rather than managing existing accounts
- Short sales cycle, ensuring quick deal closure and commission earnings
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new business generation and growth, including lead generation, cold calling, pitching, and closing deals
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in event sponsorship sales, publishing, advertising, media, or digital advertising
- Strong LinkedIn presence with at least 500+ connections
