The successful candidate will have experience managing large-scale payrolls and be up-to-date on New Zealand's payroll laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Managing our fortnightly salaried and weekly waged payroll from start to finish
  2. Providing expert payroll advice to people leaders and employees across the organisation
  3. Supporting our Payroll Manager with various projects and initiatives

About You

  • You have extensive experience in payroll management, preferably with a salary range of 500+ employees
  • You stay on top of the latest payroll legislation, including the Holidays Act 2003 and other relevant regulations
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Bonus points if you have experience with SAP HCM or DataPay
