Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in New Zealand and Australia. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will handle various HR tasks, including managing our global HRIS system, supporting worldwide HR programs, and providing administrative support to our executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise managers on statutory or regulatory requirements in various areas of staff management.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring timely communication and resolution of claims.
- Maintain local employee records on the HRIS system with high data accuracy.
- Manage annual compensation reviews, including salary, bonuses, and commissions.
Requirements
- Years of HR Generalist experience with previous HRIS management experience.
- Previous experience working in a global company or in the IT industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal skills with a positive and tactful approach.
