About You

- To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- You will also need experience in change management and managing performance, as well as the ability to provide proactive and positive solutions to the business in a timely manner.">
- A tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, or business is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR business partnering.">
- Experience in a unionised environment would be an advantage, but not necessary.">
