**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Radius Care team. As a key member of our employment team, you will provide essential support and guidance across various human resources activities.

You will collaborate closely with the wider People Team to deliver timely coaching, advice, and support to managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR expertise to managers, based on policies, practices, legislation, and case law.
  • Resolve workplace issues, conduct investigations, and disciplinaries, ensuring best practices are in place.
  • Support personal grievance responses and effective dispute resolution.
  • Advise managers on solutions, risks in business decisions, and change management processes.
  • Build employee capability with the wider People Team.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects like wellbeing programs and engagement surveys.
  • Review and streamline employment practices, policies, and procedures.

About You:

You must have knowledge of HR practices and legal regulations, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality and understands relevant legislation and keeps up to date on case law and HR trends.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems are also essential.
