Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Administration:
  • Develop and administer HR plans, procedures, and policies.
  • Oversee employee standards, benefits programs, and performance processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding, orientation, and training.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR policies, conduct investigations, and maintain records.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes and team culture.

Daily and Monthly Tasks:

  • Assist with strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and appraise HR activities, addressing employee concerns and supporting management.
  • Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Participate in recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews and reference checks.
  • Prepare employee files, oversee compensation and benefits documentation, and guide new hires through orientation.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employee questions and support.

Record Maintenance and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate HR files, databases, and employee records.
  • Manage performance reviews, disciplinary records, and grievance documentation.
  • Conduct file audits to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with exit interviews and termination documentation.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report hazards.
  • Follow emergency procedures and ensure security protocols are maintained.
  • Document any incidents or accidents promptly.
