Human Resources Specialist

Tangram is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop and refine HR systems while contributing to the overall success and culture of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources Administration:
- Develop and administer HR plans, procedures, and policies.
- Oversee employee standards, benefits programs, and performance processes.
- Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR policies, conduct investigations, and maintain records.
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes and team culture.
Daily and Monthly Tasks:
- Assist with strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and appraise HR activities, addressing employee concerns and supporting management.
- Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Participate in recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews and reference checks.
- Prepare employee files, oversee compensation and benefits documentation, and guide new hires through orientation.
- Act as a point of contact for new employee questions and support.
Record Maintenance and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR files, databases, and employee records.
- Manage performance reviews, disciplinary records, and grievance documentation.
- Conduct file audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist with exit interviews and termination documentation.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Identify and report hazards.
- Follow emergency procedures and ensure security protocols are maintained.
- Document any incidents or accidents promptly.
