Administrative Services Coordinator

As a leading games services company, PTW is committed to providing innovative solutions to accelerate innovation across the globe. We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive personal support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role will require working in the office and matching the needs of the executive outside of the office.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing an active calendar, preparing expense reports, making complex travel arrangements, and handling all administrative aspects of the CEO's personal life.
- Providing seamless support to the Executive, anticipating needs and responding to them promptly.
- Assisting with the CEO's personal tasks and errands, ensuring that all tasks are executed promptly, discreetly, and with the utmost professionalism.
- Conducting special research or planning projects for the CEO.
- Managing sensitive information with good judgment, discretion, and absolute confidentiality.
