Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Support Coordinator to join our Parnell office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing reception and front office duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices in Auckland.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role will include:
- Providing administrative support with tasks such as preparing invoices, composing correspondence, and maintaining administrative systems
- Managing reception and front office duties, including greeting visitors, arranging site inductions, and processing deliveries
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our offices in Auckland
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administration or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- A highly professional approach and ability to work confidentially
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
