We have a dynamic team of over 300 employees, based in Wynyard Quarter, Central Auckland, and we are seeking a skilled Administration Assistant to join our team.
The role:
This position reports directly to the Business Service Lead and offers opportunities for professional growth and ownership. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, fresh ideas, and the ability to take on new challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project financial requirements, including invoicing and expense management
- Coordinating office events, meetings, and ordering supplies
- Reviewing and updating noticeboards and managing contractors
- Liaising with landlords and property management teams
- Fleet management and coordinating staff training
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the wider administration functions of the office, including event coordination and new employee induction.
To succeed in this role, you will require previous administrative experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and established record-keeping skills are highly desirable.
