Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth in the South Island territory, aligning with local and global strategies. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
You will showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, promoting and selling VSD's, PLCs, Electric Motors, and systems as well as related products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Front-End Sales roles in B2B organisations in the industrial sector, possess enhanced technical knowledge of industrial processes and applications, and be innovative around selling ABB Motion products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop sales opportunities ensuring a strong opportunity pipeline
- Manage relationships with existing customers within the targeted industry sectors and develop new relationships with potential customers
- Establish and manage sales plans for the region & / or customer list focusing on sales growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Front-End Sales roles in B2B organisations in the industrial sector
- Enhanced technical knowledge of industrial processes and applications
- Innovative approach to selling ABB Motion products
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering qualification, or equivalent experience
