At UP Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Perth.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and industry networking.
- Engage with industry prospects, qualify potential clients through consultation, and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by collaborating with Account Management and Customer Service teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends through internal training, market research, and attendance at key events.
- Effectively manage and track client interactions using the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management, contributing to the company's sales strategy and performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Proven experience in solution selling, ideally within IT, Advertising, Recruitment, or Training industries.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage with a diverse client base.
