Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of hotels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and travel agents
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless delivery of sales activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in hotel management or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior hotel sales capacity
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and grow the sales team
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions
