We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a winning strategy for Jeds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management roles. You will be expected to manage all marketing activities, including advertising creative and media planning, BTL activation & brand experiences, packaging, innovation projects, and NPDs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with local media and brand agencies, as well as managing ESG initiatives from sourcing to local charity partnership.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. You will also need to be able to manage a wide range of projects and tasks at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a winning strategy for Jeds
  • Manage all marketing activities, including advertising creative and media planning, BTL activation & brand experiences, packaging, innovation projects, and NPDs
  • Maintain relationships with local media and brand agencies
  • Manage ESG initiatives from sourcing to local charity partnership
  • Understand brand performance through key metrics such as sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management roles
  • Proven experience in delivering successful brand and category strategies
  • Possession of a passion for coffee and connection to our brands
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - both internal and external
  • Able to manage a wide range of projects and tasks at the same time
