About the Role

This Campaign Manager position is part of our newly created Customer Success team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering customer success by executing day-to-day campaign implementations and optimizations across various engagement channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate all proactive campaigns and targeted outreach from idea generation through successful CX and customer delivery.
  2. Align campaigns with CX and business revenue generation targets.
  3. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Campaign Coordination or Management.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate plans and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
