Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive business growth and pipeline development for our clients in the interior fit-out consultancy sector.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in business development in New Zealand, with strong skills in project management and sales, and a proven ability to understand and engage with people effectively. We are looking for someone who can work with organizations seeking solutions around their real estate footprint to achieve their strategic objectives.
This involves collaborating with internal teams across business development, workplace strategy, and design to understand and articulate what is best for the business.
You will engage with stakeholders, including landlords and property partners, to ensure outcomes that are best suited for the client, which may include consolidation of real estate, increasing size, or changing current ways of working.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls/telemarketing and hold quality conversations with prospects and customers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives.
- Leverage Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and conversion into sales.
