We seek an ambitious and experienced leader to join our Category & RGM Team as the Head of Revenue Growth Management. This critical role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to propel revenue growth across our portfolio and channels. Key responsibilities include:
Main Tasks and Objectives
- Design and execute a comprehensive 3-year revenue growth plan.
- Oversee the implementation of optimal pricing and promotion strategies.
- Streamline processes to ensure effective trade promotion optimization.
- Analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and develop high-performance teams to drive results.
