Director of Hotel Sales and Revenue Growth

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Sales Director for New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our portfolio of hotels by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and travel agents
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless delivery of sales activities
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in hotel management or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior hotel sales capacity
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills to develop and grow the sales team
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions
