Job Description
As an Account Manager at Care Computers & Services Limited, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong rapport with clients, establishing trust, and communicating our value as an IT partner.
  • Understanding client requirements, working with our technical team to design solutions, and delivering proposals via various channels.
  • Negotiating pricing, assisting clients in building a business case, and processing sales once successfully signed off.
  • Ensuring excellent after-sales service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
We seek a confident, outgoing individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in IT Sales, with a good understanding of business IT solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps is essential, while familiarity with CRM, Helpdesk, and accounting packages would be advantageous.
