About the roleWe are seeking a diligent and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team at DONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD'.
This is a full-time position based in Singapore Polytechnic Central Region.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.What you'll be doingHandling a range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments and organising meetingsProviding customer service support by answering phone calls and responding to email inquiriesAssisting with the preparation of reports and other business documentsMaintaining and updating office records and databasesSupporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as neededManaging workers payroll and HRWhat we're looking forExcellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with both internal and external stakeholdersProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the construction or engineering industryAbility to multitask, prioritise and work effectively under pressureA positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and growWhat we offerAt DONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
