·       Conduct research and prepare high-quality reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondences, and other essential documents pertinent to the company's projects and operational activities.  
·       Maintain confidentiality and oversee the organization of files and documents related to client projects, contracts, and supplier agreements.
·       Provide secretarial support as needed, including attending meetings, taking accurate meeting minutes, and effectively managing appointment diaries alongside making travel arrangements for the company's staff and management.
·       Handle incoming and outgoing mail, meticulously file correspondences, and maintain detailed records pertinent to company projects and operations.
·       Professionally screen telephone calls and adeptly manage inquiries from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
   Skilfully transcribe dictations of letters and other documents from the company's management and staff, ensuring accuracy and prompt execution.
·       Offer supervision and support to other secretarial and clerical staff as necessary, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established guidelines and procedures
