As part of our growing team, we are seeking a permanent personal assistant to the general manager and managing director to contribute to the success and efficiency of our operations.
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work where required. Remuneration ranges from $29.66 - $31.61 per hour.
The successful applicant must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in an office environment.
The key responsibilities of the role are:

handling actions and completing tasks set by the managing director and general manager.
organising meetings, calendars and inboxes of the managing director and general manager.
liaising with staff on matters relating to the organisation's operations and implementing follow up actions.
researching, coordinating and preparing reports in conjunction with asbestos supervisors.
maintaining confidential files and documents including compliance documentation.
attending internal and external meetings with the managing director and/or general manager, and acting as secretary.
maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements for staff.
processing incoming and outgoing mail, triaging of emails, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
answering telephone calls and inquiries on behalf of the managing director and general manager.
ensuring required training and compliance for employees are current and required documentation is maintained.
ensuring client-specific documentation requirements are met and records maintained as directed
