Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours & maximum 45 hours per week
Our pay (between the range of ) : $29.66 to $ 32.00
Shift working days & hours: Between 8:00 AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
 
We are specializes in providing services such as tiling, waterproofing, floor preparation, and underfloor heating. Now, we are seeking for 1 highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to our company. 
 
The ideal candidate must have 3 years of relevant work experience OR
have qualification equivalent to NZQF Level 5 or higher , OR
In certain cases, practical experience and/or on-the-job training may be necessary in conjunction with formal qualifications.
Required: Acknowledgment of health and safety skills, the ability to prepare plans, and handling related documents to control and maintain the companyâs safety standards.
Duties:
 
Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for matters relating to the company's operations.
Collate information, conduct research and produce high-quality reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, and other regular documents
Ensure the confidentiality of files and documents related to personal errands, client projects, contracts, supplier agreements, etc..
Provide secretarial support for the company's management and trade workers as needed, including attending meetings, taking accurate meeting minutes, and effectively managing appointment schedules alongside arranging for travel logistics
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, review, prepare and format emails and letters, and maintain physical and digital records for manager and trade workers
Answer and filter incoming calls and visitors, take massages and manage queries.
This position must be capable of transcribing dictations of any important documents (for specific or regulation-required documents). However, please note that we do not provide dictation programs for workers.
May offer supervision and support to other secretarial and clerical staff as necessary, ensuring smooth workflow in assisting the manager and   trade workers
