Personal Assistant/Office Manager needed to support this Waiheke Island based office. As a local to the area, you will be providing administrative support to a team as well as direct assistance to one individual.
- ASAP - End July, long term potential
- Up to $40ph, experience depending
- Waiheke based
- 30 - 40 hours per week, wfh flexibility

The role

A confident and friendly administrator is needed to assist in the general running of the office, provide direct support to the manager, and help the team with admin tasks:

- Meeting coordination and minute taking
- Diary management and scheduling
- Task management and support to achieve deadlines
- Ad hoc admin assistance

About you

With previous experience in an office environment you will be a people person, a quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities. Ideal key skills include:

- Competent and confident using the Microsoft suite
- Ability to multitask and time manage
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- A positive and approachable attitude while being resilient to pressure
