**Role Summary**
This client has a very strong presence across the New Zealand (NZ) Health sector with most District Health Boards using several of our solutions to support their clinical and administrative workflows.

Coupled with an extensive and growing global presence and a focus on making a difference in Healthcare, they are looking for a responsible and dedicated Senior Sales Executive to lead their NZ sales operation.

The role forms an important part of their overall business and sales team & is responsible for sales across the NZ Healthcare sector.

Your Client base will be a combination of existing long-term Clients and new Clients you create utilizing their large and growing suite of solutions - including solutions that are contracted at the NZ MoH level.

**About You**
You are very experienced in complex sales environments in Healthcare and thrive in a busy, driven environment. You have a desire to help Clients succeed and have an internal drive that ensures you to get things done.

You are someone who has excellent communication skills, enjoys dealing with a wide range of stakeholders (both internal and external) and understands the level of detail needed to ensure success. You are comfortable dealing with C-Suite, the technical and clinical staff.

You thrive in dealing directly with complex Clients and are familiar with using technology systems that support such processes.

Experience with Salesforce CRM is also desirable.

**Job Function**:

- Driving sales of their solutions across the NZ to meet sales and revenue targets
- Creates and leads the execution of territory business plans and initiatives
- Creates and maintains relationships across the Client base
- Manages responsiveness to customers and identifies areas for improvements in service, staffing and operations that will increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensures their sales tools are consistently utilised and updated

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience
- Experience working with a healthcare vendor or healthcare employer
- Experience in complex sales environments
- Strong understanding of the NZ Healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of software sales and the role software plays in clinical and administrative workflows
- Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary
- Willingness to travel is required
- The role may require work outside of and/or beyond the Company’s normal business hours
