The Performance Capability Design Lead is responsible for leading the strategic alignment and execution of a future-fit frontline performance experience to provide better, sooner, safer support to customers.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
In this role, you will work in collaboration with the HO Customer & Capability, Sales & Service Lead and the Sales & Service Development Manager to design a new Sales & Service performance capability model for ASB that improves business performance, manages conduct risk, drives positive culture and behaviours, effectively measures performance, improving outcomes for customers and our people.

You will also be working in collaboration with the wider Customer & Capability team to ensure that the new Sales and Service model is developed in alignment with activities and outcomes across Financial Wellbeing, Financial Advice, Performance, CCC and CRM.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
We are looking for an individual with 10 years + experience within financial services in senior roles or relevant experience. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading through collaboration with a growth mind-set to deliver strategic outcomes for our customers, people, and the business. To be successful in this role you will have exceptional stakeholder management at all levels, expertise in the development and execution of future-fit strategic capability models and strong knowledge of associated processes, technologies, monitoring and reporting frameworks.
