Working across multiple groups and by engaging with partners across NZ Police, you will develop strategic and tactical approaches that achieve the required results, and deliver them by liaising with a wide range of strategic internal and external resources.

You will have high levels of motivation and will have worked as part of a team delivering tasks in a timely manner. In doing so you will have developed your engagement skills at all levels of the organisation and be able to build networks and trust.

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to act as a trusted advisory, building credible relationships to influence leaders and employees at all levels
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of people policies, processes and systems to build capability and provide insight and recommendations.
