**What will you be doing?**

Tower is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Organisational Capability to lead our capability development efforts. This role will lead all skill, capability, talent development, and culture activity across the organisation. You will also be responsible the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives that deliver value across our leadership, talent, employee training and development programmes as well as leading our Talent Acquisition function in support of Tower delivering a great employee experience, fulfilling careers and business performance outcomes.

This is a key role within Tower's senior leadership with responsibility for key parts of Tower's people and culture strategic agenda and key learning and recruitment services to the business. As a member of Tower's People & Culture leadership team, you will help to play a leadership role across the People & Culture function and will work closely with the Executive team to understand business needs and delivery solutions.

You can expect to be across the following:

- Lead Tower's organisational capability strategy including leadership development, technical and company-wide training, talent acquisition, talent programmes, talent practices such as succession planning
- Work with business leaders to develop modern, flexible learning solutions that support their respective businesses, support continuous learning and underpin a high performance and highly productive workforce
- Lead workforce planning efforts to understand hiring and training needs and plan proactive recruitment and training solutions that deliver to the business' needs
- Engage with all key stakeholders to deliver organisation development and learning outcomes that translate into meaningful delivery.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create and implement Talent attraction strategies ensuring our recruitment processes are industry leading.
- Oversee and manage all training and recruitment spend across Tower.

**What you'll need**

You will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. In addition to your strong technical skills, you will be a creative problem-solver who is comfortable thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions. You will be able to bring a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the industry to drive strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- 8-10 years' experience working in a senior capability, organisational development and/or learning roles
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a delivery bias.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team to high performance.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing blended learning solutions.
- Significant experience in learning design and delivery, including online learning.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders of all levels including the ELT and the Board of directors.
- High learning agility with the ability to work collaboratively with others to solve problems.
- Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for people
