The principal purpose of the Planning and Performance Lead is to ensure coherent and comprehensive picture is presented by Auckland Transport (AT) as to its strategic direction, priorities and performance, through responsibility for the:
- Development and implementation of Enterprise Business Plan
- Development and implementation of Organisational Performance Management Framework
- Ongoing Business Performance reporting
**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
- Lead the preparation and implementation of AT's Enterprise Business Plan and Statement of Intent.
- Lead the development, implementation and coordination of AT's Organisational Performance Management Framework.
- Design and implement AT's strategic planning framework.
- Monitor AT's performance in delivering against expectations, priorities and performance targets, including leading the preparation of reports to the CEO, ELT and Board on AT's performance in delivering against the SOI and EBP.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 9+ years of experience in strategy, business planning and / or performance reporting.
- Proven ability to understand complex organisations and identify key value drivers.
- Experience delivering on complex organisation wide projects, including the use of latest technologies.
- Strong history of managing effective relationships in a complex, political environment
