We are looking for someone to join our Auckland based global Organisational Development team and help us continue to grow Leadership and Organisational Capability across the business. This is an influential role where you will be key to the design, iteration, delivery and embedding of our Global Leader-led Leadership Program, and support various other OD (Organisational Development), leadership and capability initiatives.

Our Leadership & Capability Partners think globally to collaboratively design, deliver, coach and support in a way that sustainably grows leadership capability at Fisher & Paykel. As part of our OD Team, you will champion and role model our Leader-Led approach and mindset, supporting our Leaders to facilitate great learning experiences for our people and build a culture of continuous learning.

What About You?- You will bring with you experience leading and supporting OD/Capability and/or organisational change initiatives that have grown leadership and organisational capability.-
- You are comfortable partnering, coaching, and influencing senior stakeholders-
- You will be comfortable designing and delivering training programs-
- Experience with Leader-led OR ‘train the trainer’ initiatives.-
