We are currently recruiting for a Payment and Cash Operations Officer who has what it takes to deliver top results in a fast paced, technical and deadline focused environment. Your working hours will be a total of 40 hours a week Monday - Sunday. You may be required to work additional hours and will work on a on call rostered arrangements to meet ASB's needs. Hours in the excess of 40 hours per week will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.

This role will suit an ambitious individual who always prides themselves on the delivery of outstanding customer service. **Further to your success will be**:

- Your demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Technically savvy and able to learn and utilise various ASB systems quickly
- Great numerical skills and a keen eye for detail is essential
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing is essential
- You will also need to be a team player with the ability to think outside the box to solve unique problems

**Mōu |About you**:
As a Payments and Currency Officer, you will ensure the integrity of our payments and currency services, products, and experiences for our customers in a fast paced, technical and deadline focused environment.

You will be part of our global payments team and will be responsible for processing high volumes of both inward and outward international payment, managing Internal and External stakeholders, including being the support for any queries from them. You will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of transactions and brining continuous improvement ideas to the table.
