Full-time and Permanent Position
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $31.50, or based on experience
Joyful Restaurant Limited in Christchurch is looking for an Administration Manager to manage and supervise our bakery store and bakery products factory administration systems. The Administration Manager will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing our administrative workflows and procedures. She / He will oversee a team that focuses on new personnel recruiting and training, allocate responsibilities to all staffers, and maintaining accurate financial records, conducting interviews, hiring suitable bakery staff.
Administration Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct personnel recruitment and training processes
- Plan and streamline all administrative procedures
- Assess team performance to identify opportunities for coaching and guidance
- Creating suitable work schedules for staff members
- Daily banking and reconciliations, and collating payroll
- Assist Production Manager with H & S Administration
- Monitor office inventory and organizational costs
- Encourage effective communication across the organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma at Level 7 qualification in Business Administration
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Empathetic leadership style
- Capable of clearly communicating with others
- Superb organizational and time-management abilities
- An understanding of basic arithmetic
- Managerial experience in an office setting
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding strategic planning abilities
