**Your role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed term Construction Administration Manager to lead our team of Administrators. You will lead a high performing team who are dedicated to providing excellent administration support and service to our construction teams which include QS and Design.

**This is a 12 **month fixed term position to cover parental leave.**

This full-time role is based in our modern, vibrant office in Russley, Christchurch, working Monday to Friday. We offer a fun and supportive workplace. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all construction documentation is managed from tender stage right through to the end of each project
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for building consents
- Leading, mentoring and guiding our team of high performing Construction Administrators
- Upkeeping various schedules and spreadsheets
- Framework administration
