Christchurch, New Zealand ANC Services Limited Full time

We are looking for an Administrator for our company based in Christchurch who will be responsible for the below mentioned:

- Handling administrative requests and queries from other staff.
- Ability to assist in planning and preparing finance reports and setting up budget limits for various activities.
- Support in preparation for business strategic plans.
- Perform work duties in adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assisting the Management in analysing the existing company operations.
- Help with the invoicing process for the business.
- Manage PAYEE for other staff members
- Any other assigned duties or responsibilities related to the operations.

You will be required to work for a **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Available to work on weekends
- Good communication skills are preferred
- Attention to detail
- Team-worker

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
