If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for Workforce Planning Coordinator.
- Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts based on historical data, previous trends, and business projections.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing needs with business goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation-
- Create and manage staff schedules, taking into consideration employee availability, skillsets, and workload distribution-
- Maximise workforce allocation in a multi-channel environment to service customer demand-
- Analyse data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for continuous improvement and resource allocation adjustments-
- Utilise workforce management software/tools to facilitate accurate scheduling and tracking of workforce performance-
- Manage weekly payroll for the contact centre.-
- Take the ownership of performance reporting and regular distribution with insights.Qualifications:
Proven experience in forecasting and scheduling in a complex contact centre or a similar environment.-
- Proficiency in Workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel.-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and navigate the leadership team through the ‘story’-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments effectively-
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities-
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challengesWhat We Offer:
