Spectrum Foundation is the parent company for Spectrum Care and Homes of Choice. Spectrum Foundation provides business services support for its subsidiaries, including workforce-related services such as recruitment and HR services, learning & development and health and safety.
The primary focus of the role is to support the efficient and effective functioning of the Group's Safety and wellbeing systems. In addition, the Administrator will provide support for the staff rehabilitation process and other workforce functions as and when required.
This is a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week.
The role includes but, not limited to:
- Monitoring of Incidents and Injuries via our Health and Safety Database - Assura
- Coordination with our Third Party Administrator - WellNZ - supporting the administration of claims, return to work plans
- Owning the safety document management system
- Managing monthly safety reporting and data analysis
- Support and participate in the organisation's occupational health & wellbeing initiatives.

Ideally you will bring:
- Excellent IT proficiency particularly MS Office Suite, MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to build relationships in a large organization
- Be able to work autonomously and understand how to prioritize tasks.
