Due to career progression, we are looking for a Workforce Coordinator with outstanding people, communication and administrative abilities who will lead our large Wellington front-line team to deliver successful experiences for our community and customers.
Bring your drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to work with our experienced team. Be involved in the delivery of some incredible events and protect sites across the Wellington region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Management of rostering functions within the Branch - all staff are accurately rostered to roles matching their skills and abilities
- Support deployments at Major Events at Sky Stadium and Wellington Venues
- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Establish and maintain an outstanding working relationship with employees.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at a high standard
- Work closely with community groups and other regions to ensure we deliver to our customers
**What we require from you**:
- Flexibility regarding working hours including weekend availability
- Clean criminal history and full clean New Zealand driver’s license
- Professionalism with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and efficient decision-making skills
- Proven teamwork and leadership skills - ability to maintain discipline and enforce minimum standards
- A high standard of written and oral communication
- Well-developed computer and administrative knowledge/skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Some work experience in the security industry is desirable, however not necessary
