Our vision is to lead the decarbonisation of homes and businesses across Australasia, believing sustainability is the movement of our time, without compromising on comfort. As we work to continue to build in our residential and commercial markets, we are seeking an exceptional National Accounts Manager to develop and own our Home Solutions National Accounts portfolio.
The role
As a National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of business development activities for larger national accounts across our product categories (HVAC/Hot Water/Solar), establishing Haier as key player and delivering sustained profitable growth. You will engage with these high value national wholesaler and reseller account to establish national central purchasing arrangements and lead their in-market execution.
Cultivating a momentum of enthusiasm and pull for Haier products with these accounts, you will help build the brand to be a product of choice. Through providing industry leading customer service and support you will create enduring and profitable relationships, setting up the business for future growth of national accounts.
What are we looking for?
Results driven, you will relish the opportunity to work with, and contribute to, a dynamic and evolving environment. You will be a confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to influence, and skilfully articulate reasons why our offer is unique in the market.
You will be experienced in national channel management in the NZ manufacturing industry, ideally in Hot Water, understanding and focusing on what creates business value for our customers. You will someone who inspires confidence and credibility and have proven success of successfully growing a business. A relevant Marketing, Business or Engineering degree would be an advantage.
Due to the nature of the role, there is some domestic travel required.
