We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **National** **Key Account Manager.**
As part of our Customer team, you will formulate quality customer growth plans which maximise revenue, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver strong commercial outcomes for Mitre 10 and our customers.
**Reporting to the Head of Trade, your key functions will include**:
- Lead national customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of the customers business, their challenges, and opportunities to identify and execute growth opportunities for Mitre 10.
- Develop an ‘all of market’ understanding of who key potential customers are, networking for growth and developing a significant growth pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on a national scale.
- Liaise with stores, sales leaders and members to deliver sustainable growth and help onboard new national customers.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Extensive experience in national key account management or national / regional sales management experience with ownership of significant relationships.
- A strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics including core products, services and competitive environment.
- Highly commercial outlook, comfortable with complex data and problem-solving including pricing dynamics and costs to serve.
- Ability to influence and liaise with senior leaders within both customer and Mitre 10 businesses.
