**About the role**: They are looking for new talent to join their Inbound Customer Support team. You will also be responsible for following up on leads by calling customers to convert quotes into sales all while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Take inbound calls and queries and convert to sales and instore bookings
- Quickly establish rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Promote and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately record customer details and information

**Start Date**:ASAP
**Days/ Hours**: Rotating Roster, 42.5hrs per week, Monday - Saturday, between 7:30am - 5:30pm (only working 1 Saturday per month)
**About You**:Having a great attitude and drive to learn and develop, someone outgoing and friendly who can pick up systems quickly and hit the ground running.
- 1 year or more experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- **_Please note - To be successful in this role you will have to pass a drug screening_**
