**Customer Support Representative | Albany Stadium Pool**
You will be joining our team in the Albany Stadium Pool whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our CustomerSupport Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same

This is a permanent part-time 27 hours position. You will be required to work for the following shifts:

- Wednesday 7:30am-1:30pm
- Thursday 7:30am-1:30pm
- Friday 7:30am-1:30pm
- Saturday 8am-4:30pm

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

- Auckland Council is committed to the protection and well-being of children. This role is classified as a Children's Worker role under the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 and is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
