In a dynamic, outgoing, energetic and fun office of 70 based in the heart of Christchurch CBD - you will be part of a team of 2 that provides office support to specialists in the engineering/ projects space. They’re an incredibly talented and hardworking bunch, yet they still know how to have fun Often heading out socially or getting out and being active This is a permanent part time role - we are open to considering those looking to work between 20-30 hours per week and negotiable on how these hours will be split.

Although the Reception aspect of the role is small, you will still be based frontline - meeting and greeting your work mates and visitors to the organisation. The administration aspect is what will keep you busy as you will be supporting the Christchurch, Nelson and Invercargill offices.

A large part of the role will be helping the project teams present their proposals and client reports professionally - free from formatting and spelling errors by;
- Type, format and amend proposals, letters, and large, lengthy reports.
- Ensuring all documents are branded correctly and presented professionally before it is sent to clients
- Reviewing documents and ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors
- Managing your time effectively to ensure document deadlines are met
- Proactively engaging with the team and set realistic completion expectations

In addition to this, you will also;
- Organise travel, accommodation and rental cars for staff
- Provide general office management - stationery, kitchen supplies, couriers etc
- Logistics coordination for staff conferences/training/client events
- Onboard new starters (desk set up, issuing card access etc)
- Liaise with the building manager and cleaners regarding any facility issues
- Assist with the health and wellness programme
- Manage catering for internal company events and celebrations
