**We are looking for people who have experience in**:

- Administration
- Reception
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Project Administration
- Data Entry
- Customer Service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist our esteemed clients in various administrative tasks.
- Support with customer service, reception duties, data entry, and other office-related functions.
- Work collaboratively within different teams, adapting quickly to new environments and challenges.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different individuals professionally.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and assignments.
- Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Availability to start ASAP with a positive and hardworking attitude.
