- Attend to walk in clients and organize appointments with the sales staff
- Handle the reception
- Variety of general administrative duties
- Generating reports for all the departments
- Maintain client records, drawings, and contracts
- Invoicing
- Record Financial transactions and reconciliation of expenses
- Maintain records, computer files, database and websites
- This role requires working closely with Managing directors
- **Skills and experience required**_
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Experience in Xero preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office
- Product knowledge is advantageous
- Can do attitude and strong team player
- Organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Honest and reliable
- Hold a clean Class 1 full license
- Must be willing to work weekends if required
- **Immediate start preferred**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
