Growing engineering workshop based in Hornby
- 50/50 role - bookkeeping and generalist administration

Our client are a growing, dynamic engineering firm based in Hornby. Due to a recent resignation we are looking for an admin superstar that has bookkeeping experience and doesn't mind also doing general administration and reception duties.
This is a full time position with scope to make the role your own. Below are some duties that this role may include:
**General Office Administration**
- Reception - answering of phones, welcoming of clients, general enquires.
- Reconciliation of hours and timesheet entries
- Job entries as required
- General filing and administration duties
- Vehicle maintenance, booking WOFs and COFs as required
- PPE allocation
**Bookkeeping and Accounts**
- Creditors - Keying invoices, reconciliation of statements. Reports for payments.
- Debtors - Invoicing from job sheets. Producing statements. Liaising with clients to clarify any queries. Liaising with the credit controller.
- Bank reconciliations
- GST returns
**Skills and attributes required**:
- 2 + years experience in a similar role
- Experience using SimPRO software is advantageous
- Flexible and willing to do both bookkeeping and general administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Sense of humour and team player
