Mercedes-Benz Cars New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy, agile, experienced Marketer to head up our exceptional Marketing team. Come and be part of our luxury journey, as we continue to launch our technologically advanced EV and ICE range of vehicles. You will have a key role in positioning us for future success through optimization of all our available Marketing platforms. Ideally with a background in marketing luxury brands within the NZ market, you will be able to guide us through the next phase of our customer journey, including our online digital presence. This requires someone with a radical transformational approach, who thrives in a constantly changing and developing industry sector and is driven to optimize all opportunities by taking all our stakeholders on this transformational journey.

Reporting directly to our NZ GM, you will cover all the Head of Marketing role scope by:
1. Developing, executing and reviewing the annual marketing plan across all marketing channels - including brand, CX, e-Commerce, PR, Events, including media, and campaign plans across sales and customer services.
2. Working with internal & external stakeholders, including the senior management team across MBAUP and MBNZ to lead, develop and deliver on all key marketing activities in line with our business objectives.
3. Actively manage the utilization of marketing budget and spend to maximize its effectiveness, with a key emphasis on ROI.
4. Leading our marketing team of 3, by providing support, coaching, mentoring and strategic guidance and growth opportunities to your team to continue to achieve a culture of innovation and collaboration.
5. Leading and managing our team to ensure that our retail partners achieve effective implementation of marketing initiatives to foster our brand and sales targets. goals are achieved and continue to foster culture of innovation and collaboration

**Qualifikationen**:
What will you bring to Mercedes-Benz NZ:
1. S trong business acumen and you will be degree qualified in Marketing (Communications or a related discipline).
2. Passion to achieve and deliver exceptional results, driven to continually raise the bar.
3. Strong creative and lateral thinking skills.
4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of campaign management involving creative and media agencies, as well as other external suppliers.
5. Previous marketing experience, with a high degree of understanding and execution across all aspects of marketing with a focus on e-Commerce, online platforms and CX.
6. You will also have the interpersonal and communications skills to influence and negotiate across all levels along with well-developed stakeholder management skills.
