**Key experience we are looking for**:
We are looking for a leader in performance marketing who has had extensive experience in data driven decision making, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) within a digital product environment.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- New doctor acquisition
- GTM and Campaign Delivery
- Lead the development of comprehensive GTM strategies for new campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to align on GTM plans and timelines
- Define target customer segments, value propositions, and distribution channels
- Performance & Technical Marketing
- SEM/SEO/CRO
- Social Media Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Reporting and Analysis

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
**Knowledge / Experience**:
- A minimum of 10+ years marketing experience, with 5 years in a senior digital marketing role, ideally developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
- Experience covering all aspects of digital marketing, including operational tools and systems, digital content and delivering search strategies.
- Senior Leadership Experience; Ability to inspire others to achieve results. Coaches, develops and enables others to realise their full potential
- Business Development; has entrepreneurial experience which demonstrates ability to actively seek out and develop business improvements consistent with
- organisational goals
- Internal Customer Relationships; proven experience at a senior level to focus attention on meeting the needs of the wider organisation, works with peers and their
- teams to ensure exceptional delivery satisfaction.
- Strong analytics, data and campaign evaluation is essential; hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software.
